Just finished an email session with CSC's and TUT's SAML guru - Mikael Linden - who introduced me into a concept called local wallet that can restore user administrated attribute certificate.
Hi also mentioned that his PhD. thesis inspector - David Chadwick (www) - is one of the evangelist of that subject.
